How it works

  1. Scan the page

Open Lataaka and press Scan. Fonts get their own tab.

  2. Look closer

See each family with its weights and styles, and which ones the page really uses.

  3. Save

Save one font file, or the font kit with every file and a fonts.css.

Families, weights and files

Fonts are grouped by family, with each weight and style as its own file. Fonts the page loads but never uses are marked, so you see what really shapes the page.

  • WOFF2, WOFF, TTF and OTF files
  • Variable fonts with their weight range
  • Only fonts in use, with one filter

Questions

Can I use a font I found?

Only if its license allows it. Many web fonts are licensed for one site. Lataaka is a tool, check the license before you use a font.

Does it show system fonts?

It lists web fonts the page loads. Fonts that come with the computer are not files of the page.

What is in the font kit?

The font files of the families you pick and a fonts.css with their @font-face rules. The kit is part of Pro.
