1. Acceptance
By installing or using Lataaka, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.
2. What Lataaka is
Lataaka is a tool. It runs in your browser and finds the images, videos, audio, fonts and files that a web page you open already loads, and saves the ones you choose to your computer. It works only on pages you open and only when you start an action yourself. Files are downloaded directly from the sites that host them, with your own browser connection. We do not host, store, view, copy or distribute any content, and no file passes through our servers.
3. Your responsibility
- You alone are responsible for how you use Lataaka and for everything you find, download, edit or share with it.
- Download only content you own, content you have permission to use, or content you may lawfully save (for example under a free license or a legal exception that applies to you).
- You must follow copyright and other laws that apply to you, and the terms of the websites you visit.
- We have no control over, and no knowledge of, what you download. We are not responsible or liable for your actions, for the content you obtain, or for any claim that arises from how you use it.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that result from your use of Lataaka in breach of these terms or of any law.
4. What Lataaka does not do
- It does not break, remove or bypass DRM, encryption, paywalls, logins or any other protection. Protected media cannot be saved with Lataaka.
- It does not support YouTube.
- It does not grant you any rights to the content you download. Those rights stay with their owners.
5. Restrictions
- Do not use Lataaka for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe copyright or any other rights of third parties.
- Do not redistribute, resell or share license keys.
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the extension, or circumvent its licensing or plan limits.
6. License
Lataaka Free is provided at no cost, with the daily limits shown in the extension. Lataaka Pro is a paid upgrade, sold on the pricing page under the conditions shown there at the time of purchase. Refunds follow the refund policy.
7. Intellectual property
Lataaka and its source code, design, name and branding belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify or distribute the extension code without written permission.
8. Disclaimer
Lataaka is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it works on every website, that every file can be found or saved, or that it is uninterrupted or error free. Websites change, and a page that works today may not work tomorrow.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Lataaka. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Lataaka Pro in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe Lataaka is being used to infringe your rights, contact us. Because Lataaka hosts no content, we cannot remove files from other websites, but we will review every report.
11. Termination
We may suspend or end your access to Pro features if you break these terms. You may stop using Lataaka and remove your license key at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
