If Lataaka Pro is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. This applies to the monthly plan (the first payment) and to the lifetime plan.
How to ask for a refund
- Use the contact form with the topic "Refund", or email hello@lataaka.com, with your Gumroad order number or license key.
- Or ask for a refund directly from your Gumroad receipt email.
What happens after a refund
- Your license key is turned off.
- Pro features stop the next time Lataaka checks the license (within a few hours).
- Lataaka Free keeps working, with your settings, Basket and history.
Cancelling a monthly plan
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time in your Gumroad library. Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again.
